Armenians USA is a marketplace and community platform for the Armenian community in the United States, available on the web and in the Armenians USA mobile app for Android and iOS.

How to request account deletion

To delete your account, send us a request using the steps below. We will verify that you own the account before processing the deletion.

1. Send an email to privacy@armeniansusa.com from the email address linked to your account (or tell us which email is on the account if you no longer have access).
2. Include your full name, the email address on your account, and a clear statement that you want your account and associated data deleted.
3. We will confirm by email when your request is received and again when deletion is complete.

You do not need to log in to this website to request account deletion. These instructions are public so anyone can review them before creating an account.

Data deleted with your account

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize the following data tied to your account:

• Profile information (name, email, avatar, and account settings)
• Your product listings and ads
• Business and local service pages you created
• Photos and media you uploaded
• Phone numbers saved on your profile
• Saved preferences, wishlists, and notification settings linked to your account

Data that may be retained

Some information may be kept after account deletion when required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Records we must keep to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations
• Limited data used to prevent fraud, enforce our terms, or resolve disputes
• Encrypted backup copies, removed on a rolling basis within 90 days
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you

Processing time

We process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. In most cases, deletion is completed sooner. You will receive a confirmation email when your account and associated personal data have been deleted.
